Wireless configuration on Windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 Wireless configuration is too pool, a lot of option have to use command line to enable it.

Change authentication
Add a wireless connection manually

Setup a Temporary connection profile

Run cmd as Administrator
>netsh
>wlan
>set profileparameter name=profilename authentication=wpa2psk encryption=tkip
